2013 TOURNAMENT INFORMATION
GENERAL INFORMATION:
TOURNAMENT HOURS
ONE DAY TOURNAMENT (MCTC™): 6:00am – 3:00pm
(Tournament hours change for September – see individual tournament for hours)
TWO-DAY TOURNAMENT (Pro-MAC™):
6:00am – 3:00pm (SAT.)/6:00am – 12:00pm (SUN)
REGISTRATION/RULES MEETING
*Registration and the rules meeting is mandatory for at least one member of each team.
FAILURE TO ATTEND IS A RULES VIOLATION OF THE MCTC™ & Pro-MAC™
EXCEPTION: One team may stand in for another team (one team only) in the event a team cannot attend the rules meeting. The absent team must have a LEGITIMATE EXCUSE and has been excused by the MCTC™/Pro-MAC™ IN ADVANCE.
If your team is only in the Sunday tournament of a MCTC™ tournament weekend, your team can register and attend the mandatory rules meeting on Friday night, if this is more convenient. There is no need to call/email in advance.
EACH TEAM IS RESPONSIBLE FOR READING AND UNDERSTANDING THE WMTS™ PROCEDURES & RULES (enclosed in this confirmation letter and available on the website). Please review in advance of the tournament weekend.

EACH TEAM IS REQUIRED TO HAVE THE FOLLOWING IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE IN THE TOURNAMENT:
1. Digital camera with an SD card that is compatible with our computers (see following). Cell phones are to be used only as a backup camera.
2. T’s Tackle 60” bump (measuring) board (Big Bump XL or the smaller Big Bump) – NO SUBSTITUTIONS!
3. Cell phone, Air horn, orange or red flag
Your SD card needs to be the same size as some common brands such as Verbatim, Lexar, PNY, Argus, Sony, SanDisk. Any larger or smaller cards are not acceptable.
T’S TACKLE BUMP BOARDS
T’s TACKLE Bump boards can be purchased at Smokey’s Musky Shop (Pewaukee), Rollie & Helen’s Musky Shop (Minocqua) or online (tstackle.com). There is a link to T’s Tackle website on our website (www.wmtseries.com). Every team must have a T’s Tackle bump board (either size) in order to compete in a tournament.

TEAM NUMBERS
Team numbers are assigned in the order in which they are received (by postmark date on entry envelope). Team numbers will be announced at the Friday (or Saturday) night registration meeting. The WMTS™ is not revealing the team numbers in advance in order to discourage a false impression of how many teams will eventually participate. Historically, the final number of teams participating in each tournament changes drastically the last 7 days prior to each tournament.
